Chocoate chippy goodness

I'm always trying a new chocolate chip cookie recipe every time I make them. I'm always hoping that this new recipe will be the one that I've been searching for. The one that yields non-flat cookies with chewy centers and just the right amount of crispiness around the edges. Well, I'm here to tell you that I've found it!

Deb, of the wonderful Smitten Kitchen blog, did a post the other day on chocolate chip cookies. Her pictures of the cookies made me immediately go out and buy the ingredients and try the recipe. And the results were fabulous. Go out and buy chocolate chips today!
